We are seeking a
high-performing Area Sales Manager
with proven experience in the
Building Materials, Construction, or Real Estate
sector. The role is based in
Dehradun
and covers the
Haridwar & Rishikesh
territory.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding the dealer/distributor network, and identifying new opportunities in both
private and government projects
.
Key Responsibilities
Develop business through
Architects, Interior Designers, Builders, Contractors, and Dealers
.
Establish, expand, and manage a
strong dealer/distributor network
across assigned territories.
Identify and pursue
private and government infrastructure project
opportunities.
Conduct detailed
territory mapping
and assess market potential by product segment and application.
Achieve and exceed
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
.
Maintain and nurture
long-term client and channel partner relationships
.
Provide
market insights, competitor analysis, and performance reports
to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum
2 years of experience
in sales within
Building Materials / Construction / Real Estate
.
Strong
network of Architects, Builders, Contractors, Channel Partners, and Distributors
.
Proven track record in
business development, negotiation, and key account management
.
Highly
self-motivated, target-driven, and independent
in approach.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal
skills.
Willingness to
travel extensively
across Dehradun, Haridwar, and Rishikesh.
