We are looking for a

professional, dynamic, and target-driven Area Sales Manager

to oversee our sales operations in

South Odisha

. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, excellent customer interaction skills, and proven experience in channel sales.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and manage distributor/retailer networks in assigned territory.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and onboard new channel partners.

Promote and sell products from brands like

CP Plus, Matrix, Be Quick, and Hikvision

.

Conduct market visits, competitor analysis, and demand forecasting.

Handle customer queries, provide product demos, and ensure service satisfaction.

Implement sales strategies to increase revenue and brand presence.

Prepare regular market insights, and business development plans.

Coordinate with internal teams for timely order processing and deliveries.

Train and support dealers/retailers on product knowledge.

Desired Candidate Profile

:

3-4 years of experience in

channel sales / distribution sales

, preferably in CCTV, surveillance, or electronic products.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Good market knowledge of

South Odisha

(Berhampur, Ganjam, Gajapati, Rayagada, Koraput, etc.).

Ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel extensively.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email communication).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
