Khattu Shyam Poultry Feed Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and result-driven
Sales Manager
to lead and expand our sales operations across
Bihar and Jharkhand
. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the poultry feed sector, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Manage and expand the distributor/retailer network across Bihar and Jharkhand.
Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for poultry feed products.
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales plans.
Train, motivate, and guide the sales team for achieving individual and team targets.
Conduct field visits, meet farmers, retailers, and distributors regularly.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain strong customer relationships.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business growth presentations for management.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Sales (Poultry Feed/FMCG/Agri products preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and handle field responsibilities.
Good knowledge of Bihar and Jharkhand markets.
Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting, and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Must be willing to travel extensively.
