Area Sales Manager
to lead growth in key territories.
Role Overview:
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing existing retail accounts, identifying and onboarding new stores, and physically presenting samples to retailers to build strong product confidence and drive order conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales across assigned retail territories.
Visit existing stores regularly to maintain strong relationships and ensure product visibility.
Target and acquire new retail stores to expand Juliet's market presence.
Physically present product samples to retailers and explain features, pricing, and brand positioning to drive sales orders.
Ensure timely order placements, follow-ups, and smooth supply coordination with the warehouse.
Monitor stock movement, market trends, competitor products, and customer feedback.
Plan and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain daily reporting of store visits, sales numbers, and new account developments.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of field sales experience in FMCG / retail / fashion / textile industry preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Ability to build and maintain strong retailer relationships.
Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
