Job Responsibilities:
Develop and manage sales activities within the assigned territory
Promote construction chemical products such as epoxy, adhesives, admixtures, and related solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, contractors, and builders
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections
Prepare sales reports and provide regular market feedback to management
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of experience in
building materials, cement, paints, construction chemicals, epoxy, adhesives, or admixtures
Strong understanding of the construction and infrastructure market
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and handle field sales operations
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
Preferred Skills:
Dealer and distributor network handling experience
Target-driven and result-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reportingKindly share
