Area Sales Manager Location: Rajasthan (Jaipur, Udaipur, Kota, Bikaner, Jodhpur & Nearby Areas) Department: Sales & Business Development Employment Type: Full-TimeKey Responsibilities:- Lead a team of Field Sales Executives and ensure achievement of regional sales targets.- Develop and manage channel partners, distributors, and retailers.- Implement local marketing strategies to increase product visibility and market share.- Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.- Ensure high customer satisfaction through effective client relationship management.- Plan and execute territory-wise sales activities, campaigns, and promotions.- Regularly review sales performance, coach team members, and drive improvements.- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, support) to resolve issues quickly.Candidate Profile:Graduate (any stream);- Minimum 3-6 years of experience in team handling or area-level sales (FMCG, BFSI, Telecom preferred).- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.- Proficient in data analysis and territory planning.- Willingness to travel across the assigned region.- Local language fluency and knowledge of Rajasthan geography preferred.Apply Now: Shashi| HR|TeamFor more details, contact: 8460886875 (ref:updazz.com)
