Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned area.
Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner relationships.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends to provide feedback for strategy building.
Handle B2B/B2C client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
Support in implementing promotional campaigns, product launches, and branding activities.
Collect and analyze sales data to prepare MIS reports.
Ensure timely payment collection from customers/distributors.
Train, guide, and motivate the sales team / field sales executives (if applicable).
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, service, accounts, etc.) to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Experience

battery, inverter, electrical, or industrial products
).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Knowledge of local markets and distribution networks.
Willingness to travel extensively within the area.
