Develop and grow sales within assigned territory.
Build strong relationships with
dealers, distributors, architects and contractors

Handle dealer network, pricing, and payment collections.
Identify new market opportunities and expand product reach.
Conduct market analysis and competitor mapping.
Coordinate with internal departments for timely dispatch and order processing.
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum
2-5 years experience
in
plywood, laminates, hardware, building material, or construction industry
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Knowledge of local market, dealer handling, and field sales.
Basic MS Excel and reporting skills.
Must be willing to travel across territory.
Qualification:
Graduate preferred (Any stream).
MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.
