FMCG (Biscuits / Confectionery preferred)

Qualification & Experience

Graduate with

minimum 10+ years of experience

Mandatory:

FMCG industry background only Preference for candidates from

Biscuits / Confectionery

category Candidates should be working as either Area Sales Executive / Area Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Distribution

Drive

monthly and quarterly sales targets

across assigned geography Expand

Width of Distribution (WOD)

by increasing retail and outlet penetration Build and maintain strong relationships with

distributors, sub-stockists, and key accounts

Ensure smooth

order-to-cash cycle

: order booking, billing, dispatch coordination, and collections Monitor

secondary sales

and ensure effective retail-level coverage Conduct regular

market visits

to review execution, performance, and growth opportunities

Market Visibility & Trade Marketing

Execute

in-market visibility initiatives

including POSM, signage, and in-store branding Implement

trade promotions, consumer schemes, and brand activations

Oversee

promoter deployment, training, and performance

Coordinate with brand and marketing teams for effective

on-ground campaign execution

Planning & Analysis

Prepare and execute

monthly sales & marketing plans

at territory/state level Track

competitive activities

such as pricing, schemes, and distribution trends Analyze sales data and market insights to improve performance Share actionable insights with

zonal and national leadership

to strengthen GTM strategy
