About the Role

Banday Impex is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to lead and grow our FMCG business in North Kashmir.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing distributor networks, driving secondary sales, and expanding market coverage in the FMCG sector.

Key Responsibilities

Drive primary & secondary sales to meet monthly/annual targetsManage and motivate distributors, sales executives, and field teams

Expand retail presence and ensure product visibilityBuild strong relationships with key channel partnersTrack competitor activities and identify market opportunities

Submit regular MIS reports and ensure compliance with company policies

Key RequirementsGraduate / MBA (Sales & Marketing preferred)8-10 years of FMCG sales experience with distributor/retail management

Strong leadership & team management skills

Excellent communication and negotiation abilities

In-depth knowledge of the North Kashmir market is mandatory
