Key Responsibilities:
Handle and lead a team of Sales Executives
Appoint new distributors and expand dealer network
Maintain strong relationships with distributors and dealers
Ensure sales targets are achieved through team efforts
Plan and execute sales and promotional activities in the market
Support on-site marketing activities like demos, displays, and promotions
Guide and motivate the team to improve performance
Monitor daily sales activities and market feedback
Coordinate with HO for schemes, supplies, and execution
Report sales performance to management
Qualifications and Skills:
Good team handling and leadership skills
Strong distributor and dealer management ability
Good communication and coordination skills
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach
Basic understanding of southern market conditions
