We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented sales manager to lead sales operations in the plastic industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business, managing key accounts, and leading the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Manage B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms
Coordinate with production, logistics, and quality teams
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and performance analysis
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Ensure timely payment collection and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of plastic products and market dynamics
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
Leadership and team-management skills
Market analysis and strategic planning
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
(MBA preferred)
Experience in the
plastic/polymer/manufacturing industry
Willingness to travel as required
Salary & Benefits:
As per industry standards and incentives.
