Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Forecast sales and prepare budgets for the area.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales executives or field staff.
Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching to improve team effectiveness.
Motivate and guide the team to achieve sales targets and grow professionally.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of channel partners and ensure alignment with sales goals.
Ensure sufficient stock levels with dealers and timely order fulfillment.
Conduct market research to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
Develop and implement local marketing / promotional plans to boost sales.
Provide market feedback to product and marketing teams for business planning.
Build strong relationships with key customers, retailers, or institutional clients.
Address customer complaints and escalations promptly and professionally.
Organize training sessions, product demos, or workshops for customers as needed.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and analyze performance metrics.
Maintain accurate customer and sales data in the CRM.
Manage business expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Identify and penetrate new geographic or customer segments.
Develop long-term business plans for the territory.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products in the area.
Ensure all activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Represent the company professionally in all customer and partner interactions
