Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow sales performance across the assigned area
Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams and team leaders
Develop territory-wise sales plans and expansion strategies
Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets
Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners
Review team performance through regular field visits and meetings
Candidate Profile:
2+ Experience in field sales preferred
Two-wheeler preferred
Graduation preferred
