Role Overview:



The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations across the assigned territory, leading field teams, and driving revenue growth through effective planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage and grow sales performance across the assigned area Lead, coach, and monitor field sales teams and team leaders Develop territory-wise sales plans and expansion strategies Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets Build strong relationships with key customers and business partners Review team performance through regular field visits and meetings

2+ Experience in field sales preferred Two-wheeler preferred Graduation preferred
