We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Eastern India.

Position Overview:

As the Area Sales Manager for Eastern India, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth and expanding market presence for the Fresh Earth brand in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and fostering strong relationships with distributors and retailers.

Location:

Eastern India (Preference for candidates based in Kolkata or nearby cities)

Responsibilities:

Manage and grow sales for

Earth Fresh FMCG products

in the assigned territory Develop and maintain strong relationships with

modern trade outlets

, especially

Spencer's

Ensure product availability, visibility, and in-store execution Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Appoint, guide, and manage distributors and sales teams Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and pricing Coordinate with internal teams for promotions, schemes, and stock planning Prepare and submit regular sales and performance reports

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an

Area Sales Manager / Sales Executive in FMCG

Mandatory experience handling brands listed with Spencer's

Strong understanding of

modern trade & general trade operations

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Willingness to travel within the assigned area Minimum

Graduate qualification

preferred Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
