Role & Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of Medical Representatives (MRs). Achieve area sales targets and ensure product availability. Build strong relationships with doctors, chemists, and distributors. Monitor market trends and competitor activities. Train, guide, and motivate the sales team.
Requirements
Any Graduate. 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (with team handling exposure preferred). Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
