Job Description

Area Sales Manager in PVC PIPE industry who leads and grows a sales team within a specific geographic territory by setting targets, developing strategies, building client relationships, and analyzing market data to achieve sales goals and expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Planning:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans and set performance targets for the assigned sales territory.

Team Leadership & Development:

Manage, coach, and mentor the sales team, provide training, and motivate them to meet their goals.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and potential customers.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is typically required. An MBA may be preferred.

Experience:

15 years of experience in PVC PIPE sales management or a similar role is often necessary.

Leadership & Communication:

Strong leadership, coaching, and interpersonal skills are essential for managing and motivating a team.

Analytical Skills:

The ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor information is crucial for informed decision-making.

Customer Focus:

A commitment to excellent customer service and satisfaction is expected.

Other:

Flexibility to travel within the designated sales territory and strong negotiation skills are often beneficial.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
