Onboard new hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing hospital partners
Promote Settlemed's services to hospital management and doctors
Achieve regional onboarding and revenue targets
Conduct regular hospital visits and business review meetings
Coordinate with internal operations and backend teams for smooth case handling
Track competitor activities and market trends in the healthcare space
Ensure proper documentation, SLA adherence, and timely issue resolution
Prepare weekly and monthly sales and performance reports
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to build long-term hospital relationships
Knowledge of healthcare sales, insurance, or TPA processes is a plus
Target-oriented with strong follow-up skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned states
Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PGDM (Sales, Marketing, Healthcare Management) preferred
Experience
4-8 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, TPA, or insurance-related roles

Pay: Up to ?480,000.00 per year
