Position Title:

Area Sales Manager - Dhoti and Shirt Collection

Reports to:

Director Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of Field Marketing Executives, providing guidance, training, and task assignments.

Brand Promotion:

Oversee on-ground promotion at events, exhibitions, and cultural festivals to drive brand awareness and sales.

Retailer & Distributor Management:

Build relationships with retailers and ensure proper stock levels and promotions for Dhoti and Shirt collections.

Event Execution:

Plan and execute field events like pop-up stores and fashion shows to showcase the collection.

Customer Engagement:

Oversee customer interactions, gather feedback, and promote loyalty programs.

Sales Support & Lead Generation:

Assist in driving sales through direct engagement and follow-up with leads.

Market Research:

Monitor competitors and market trends, providing actionable insights for marketing strategies.

Brand Visibility:

Increase brand awareness through local campaigns, influencer partnerships, and distributing promotional materials.

Reporting:

Track team performance, report on activities, and suggest strategy improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Experience:

3-5 years in field marketing, with 1-2 years in a leadership role, preferably in fashion or traditional attire.

Skills:

Strong leadership, communication, event management, and market research abilities. Passion for traditional wear and knowledge of Dhoti and Shirt collections.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
