Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for cement products.
Drive revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
Dealer & Channel Management
Manage existing dealer network and onboard new dealers in untapped markets.
Ensure dealer satisfaction and maintain a minimum 90% active dealer ratio.
Market Development
Conduct market mapping and potential assessments to identify growth opportunities.
Sustain and increase market share in the assigned territory.
Team Leadership
Lead and motivate a team of sales executives and customer care officers.
Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key trade and non-trade customers.
Resolve service-related issues proactively and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Promotional Activities
Execute promotional campaigns such as mason meets, wall paintings, dealer boards, and engineer meets.
Enhance brand visibility and equity in the region.
Reporting & Analysis
Submit weekly market reports and competitor analysis.
Provide insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing.
10+ years in Cement or Building Material industry. Preferably who can understand & speak Khasi.
Proven track record in sales leadership and territory management.
Skills Required
Strong understanding of cement industry dynamics and customer behavior.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret market trends.
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
High ethical standards and accountability

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
