PlastOne uPVC Profiles Pvt. Ltd is seeking an experienced and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to strengthen and grow our sales operations across Rajasthan.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive and achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the region
Develop, manage, and retain relationships with Dealers, Fabricators, Builders, Architects, and End Users
Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
Lead, train, and monitor the regional sales team
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales and promotion strategies
Track market trends and prepare periodic sales and market reports
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences
Eligibility Criteria:
Graduate / MBA (Marketing preferred)
10-12 years of experience in Sales & Marketing
5-7 years of experience in the Building Materials industry
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer management skills
Fluency in the local language
