Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Drive sales targets and volume growth for the Atta category within the assigned territory. Appoint, manage, and motivate distributors, wholesalers, and retailers. Develop and execute area-wise sales plans and market strategies. Ensure effective product availability, visibility, and merchandising at retail outlets. Monitor primary and secondary sales and ensure timely collections. Lead, train, and guide the sales team (Sales Officers / Executives). Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activities and pricing. Ensure implementation of promotional schemes and trade marketing activities. Maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and review performance.

Pay: ₹15,011.28 - ₹49,890.64 per month
