We are looking to Hire Area Sales Manager in our Company (KKRNPL) for Jaipur.

Job Role & Responsibilities:



Plan, direct and implement Sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the company. Identification of potential distributors & their timely appointment.

Achievement of Targets- Primary / Secondary & New Outlets.

Develops Sales plans and budgets to achieve or exceed the annual sales objectives for the company. Monitor and control the sales budget to ensure optimum utilization of resources in the region

Generate sales of company products in the region through a team of sales officers in order to achieve or exceed the annual sales targets

Conduct regular market visits to check route coverage- beat plan, competitor activity and continuously search for new opportunities in order to increase sales in the region

Stock Management at depots & Distributors/Super Stockist/Sub-Stockist, Credit Control, Damage/Expiry Control for complete SKU and product range availability.

Planning and implementing sales promotional activities in the territory in collaboration with the Marketing team.

Provide distributors and customers in the region with information about new or improved products and services in order to improve sales in the region

Develop and maintain an efficient distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of company's products and services across the region to achieve or exceed the sales targets

Responsible for developing and expanding Sales & Profitability of the company in the assigned region.

Co-ordinate and follow up with the warehouse supervisor to ensure that adequate inventory stock of product is maintained for the Region in order to meet the sales delivery schedules and provide the distributors with superior levels of service and meet the needs of the customer

Liaise with the Marketing team to ensure that adequate marketing support by way of merchandising and promotions is available in the region in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region

Driving sales team efficiency through regular and effective training, mentoring, and coaching of the sales team. Provide leadership so that staff are well motivated and engaged to stay and contribute effectively to the organization

To adhere to the guidelines & company policies in finalizing distributors

To provide market intelligence reports to the management

Retailer application download on all outlets - 100% coverage (plan to be submitted)

Periodic training to all TSM/FOS and market visit as per PJP (Projected Journey Plan)

To motivate sales team by taking morning meetings on a daily basis

To ensure the timely download of all schemes to sales team/cross-checking with retailers about schemes

Skills:



Ability to ensure excellence in execution Ability to collaborate and work with large teams Consultation, facilitation, and selling skills Enterprising and ability to convince stakeholders

Experience:



Total experience 05 to 07 years.

Only apply those who have experience in Staple Foods & FMCG Goods.

Salary:



upto 50000 CTC per month + Incentives as per policy.
