Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies for chimneys and gas stoves.
Appoint and manage dealers, distributors, and retailers across the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field activities.
Train and motivate the sales team and channel partners on product features and selling points.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and branding at retail points.
Resolve customer complaints and coordinate with the service team for after-sales support.
Track inventory, order planning, and payment collection from channel partners.
Prepare and present sales performance reports to the zonal manager/leadership.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Proven sales experience in kitchen appliances/home appliances sector.
Strong understanding of distribution and retail network operations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and reporting tools.
