Key Job Responsibilities: -
Project Sales & Revenue Generation : -
Drive
direct project sales
of
flush doors
across residential, commercial, and institutional projects.
Achieve assigned
monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
in value and volume.
Identify upcoming projects and generate enquiries from: Builders & developers, Contractors & project execution teams & Architects & consultants
Project Identification & Tracking :-
Track projects at
planning, tendering, and execution stages
.
Maintain a
project pipeline
with details on specifications, quantities, timelines, and decision-makers.
Client Relationship Management :-
Project heads & site engineers
Procurement teams
Architects & interior designers
Conduct regular
site visits
and coordination meetings.
Act as the single point of contact for customers during the project lifecycle.
Technical & Product Support : -
Provide technical guidance on:
Flush door specifications
Fire-rated / moisture-resistant / custom doors (if applicable)
IS standards and quality parameters
Coordinate with the technical and production teams for
custom requirements
.
Quotation, Negotiation & Order Closure : -
Prepare project-wise quotations in coordination with the sales office.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules within approved limits.
Ensure timely
order confirmation
, PO collection, and advance payment
Coordination with Internal Teams : -
roduction for manufacturing schedules
Dispatch & logistics for phased deliveries
Finance for billing and collections
QA for inspection and approvals
Ensure
on-time supply
as per project milestones.
Collections & Credit Control
Ensure timely collection of project payments as per agreed terms.
Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue amounts.
Adhere strictly to company credit policies for project customers
Complaint Handling & After-Sales Support:-
Address site-level issues such as damages, rejections, or specification clarifications.
Coordinate corrective actions with factory and service teams.
Ensure customer satisfaction until project handover completion.
Preferred Candidate Profile :
5-8 years of experience in
project sales of flush doors / plywood / building materials
Strong network with builders, contractors, and architects
Ability to handle
end-to-end project sales cycle
Willing to travel extensively and work on-site
Graduate / MBA preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
