The Area Sales Manager (ASM) will be responsible for overseeing multiple outlets in their assigned territory, ensuring smooth sales operations, stock management, and promotional activities. The ideal candidate will have proven FMCG sales experience and the ability to lead store teams to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end sales operations for multiple shops in the assigned area
Monitor and achieve sales targets across all outlets
Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales
Ensure timely collection of payments and accurate cash handling
Manage and monitor stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control
Train, guide, and motivate shop staff to achieve performance goals
Prepare and submit sales and stock reports to management
Maintain strong relationships with customers and address any issues promptly
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational guidelines
Requirements
Minimum 2-5 years of sales experience (FMCG preferred)
Strong knowledge of retail operations and local market dynamics
Ability to manage multiple locations effectively
Good communication and leadership skills
