Duties
Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to regional market conditions to achieve business targets.
Identify, pursue, and secure new B2B sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and sustain long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Analyse sales data using analysis skills to monitor performance metrics, forecast future sales, and identify growth opportunities.
Manage the sales pipeline efficiently using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely follow-ups.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional strategies that enhance brand visibility within the region.
Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed regional objectives.
Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in Salesforce CRM is essential for managing customer relationships and sales processes effectively.
Fluency in Spanish is highly advantageous for engaging with diverse client bases across regions.
