Designation:

Area Sales Manager

Salary:

30,000-50,000

fixed (or higher as per last drawn) +

20,000 + TA/DA

Scope: Leads

Location: Cuttack, Bhubaneswar, Balasore, Rourkela, Sambalpur, Balangir

Minimum Experience 8 To 10 Years Plus FMCG (Snakes Preferable)

Key Responsibilities:

Appoint

Super Stockist (SS)

for the region
Appoint

City Distributor

in the main city of the region (starting with minimum order of ?1 lakh)

Hire, deploy and manage all SOs in the region

Ensure every SO has 4 Small Distributors (2 per block)

Own region-level primary and secondary sales delivery

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
