Jonmed Lab is a pharmaceutical company offering allopathic drugs for managing lifestyle.
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager (ASM) to expand our retail and corporate outreach across Odisha. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in field sales, clinic & pharmacy engagement, and territory growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Achieve monthly sales targets across assigned territory.
2. Promote Jonmed Product's to clinics, and retail stores.
3. Handle sampling events and customer activations.
4. Onboard new outlets (Pharmacies, Stockist, Distributors).
5. Submit daily visit reports and maintain CRM discipline.
6. Mentor and manage sales promoters if assigned.
7. Collect market intelligence and competitor insights.
8. Competitor analysis and monitoring.
9. Data-driven sales forecasting.
10. Team building and skill enhancement.
Requirements:
Graduate in Science / Pharma / Business (preferred)
5+ years in sales (Pharma)
Good local territory knowledge (Odisha regions)
Willing to travel extensively
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
