Achieve sales targets for institutional and general trade business in the assigned area.
Develop and manage institutional accounts
Handle distributors, dealers, MBOs as per business requirement.
Drive primary & secondary sales and ensure market coverage.
Execute sales plans, schemes, and promotional activities.
Manage pricing, negotiations, order execution, and collections.
Monitor stock availability, sell-through, and inventory levels.
Lead and guide sales officers and field staff.
Track competition, tenders, and market opportunities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
Education
: A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
Experience
: Significant experience (often 4+ years) in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in the retail or fashion industry, is crucial.
Skills
: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and strategic planning skills are essential. Proficiency in data analysis, CRM software, and MS Office is also expected.
Travel
: The role involves regular travel within the assigned area to visit stores and meet clients.
