Job Description

Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Manage, train, motivate, and monitor the performance of Sales Executives and field staff. Appoint, manage, and support distributors, dealers, and key channel partners. Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration. Conduct regular market visits to monitor competition, pricing, and customer trends. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Ensure proper implementation of promotional schemes and marketing campaigns. Analyze sales reports, forecasts, and market data to improve performance. Resolve customer complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Ensure timely collection of payments and control outstanding dues. Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams for smooth operations.
