Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned targets.
Manage and motivate the sales team within the area to achieve individual and team targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.
Monitor sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies as needed.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure visibility and availability of products.
Ensure timely collection of payments and manage credit limits.
Provide training, guidance, and support to the sales team.
Prepare periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for upper management.
Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operations.
Identify new business opportunities and potential areas for expansion.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Proven experience (5-10 years) in field sales.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
