We are looking for an experienced

Area Sales Manager

to drive sales and marketing in assigned regions. The role involves

field sales

, team handling, client relationship management, and market development. Only 30% of the work is pure sales - the rest includes marketing, strategy, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute regional sales plans Conduct field visits and meet clients regularly Manage and guide the sales team Build and grow customer relationships Conduct market research and attend trade events

Requirements:

Strong background in the chemical, API, or excipients industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Willingness to travel frequently
