Role Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven

Area Sales Manager

with proven experience in the

CCTV camera and electronic security systems

industry. The ideal candidate will lead sales operations in the Mumbai region, drive revenue growth, build channel partnerships, and manage key customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and target new business opportunities in the B2B and B2C segments. Drive revenue through direct sales, channel partners, system integrators, and resellers. Create and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with key customers, including builders, contractors, IT heads, security officers, and procurement teams. Conduct site visits, product presentations, and demo installations as needed.

Channel Management:

Build, manage, and motivate channel partners/distributors in the assigned territory. Negotiate pricing, margins, and incentives with partners.

Market Intelligence:

Track competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback. Report on industry movements and recommend changes to improve competitiveness.

Technical Coordination:

Liaise with the technical team to ensure smooth pre-sales and post-sales support. Maintain basic knowledge of IP cameras, DVRs/NVRs, access control systems, and related networking components.

Key Requirements:

Minimum

4 years of sales experience

in CCTV, surveillance systems, or IT hardware. Strong understanding of

security products

(e.g., Hikvision, CP Plus, Dahua, etc.) Proven track record in achieving

sales targets

and managing territory-based operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel across the

Mumbai Metropolitan Region

and nearby zones. Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Business, Marketing, or IT/Engineering

. Certification or training in surveillance/security systems (optional but preferred).

CTC:

Competitive, based on experience + travel allowances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
