Role Overview:
Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding distribution, ensuring strong brand visibility, and leading the sales team across the assigned region. The role involves strategic planning, market development, people management, and execution excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
Expand and manage distribution channels and ensure stock availability.
Plan and implement local promotions, dealer schemes, and marketing initiatives.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to strengthen brand presence.
Ensure effective sell-in and sell-out execution and achievement of targets.
Lead, train, evaluate, and develop the regional sales team.
Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure process adherence.
Coordinate with marketing to drive brand visibility across Kerala.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred.
5-10 years of experience in FMCG, Telecom, or Handset industry.
Strong channel management, leadership, and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
