Area Sales Manager (ASM)
to strengthen its sales and distribution network.
Area Sales Manager (ASM) - Coverage Areas
ASM - South Kerala:
Trivandrum, Kollam, Pathanamthitta
ASM - Central Kerala:
Ernakulam, Alappuzha, Kottayam, Idukki
Final location assignment will be based on business requirements and candidate residence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Sales Officers within the assigned territory
Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets
Appoint, develop, and monitor distributors in strategic locations
Ensure distributor billing of ?1.5-2 lakhs per month
Monitor freezer schemes, branding execution, and outlet visibility
Conduct joint market visits and periodic performance reviews
Ensure discipline in reporting and field execution
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and internal teams
Eligibility Criteria
Any basic degree
5-8 years of experience in FMCG, Ice Cream, or Frozen Foods
Proven experience in distributor and team management
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
Compensation and Benefits
Monthly salary: ₹30,000 - ?45,000
Travel Allowance and Daily Allowance as applicable
Annual performance bonus of up to ₹2,00,000
