Job Title:

Area Sales Manager (TMT)

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is responsible for managing all outlets in the assigned area, working on expanding the outlet network, leading a team, and overseeing Territory Sales Managers (TSMs). The ASM should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in sales and territory management.

TMT bar sales

to manage and grow our market presence in

Trivandrum, Calicut, and Malappuram

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, contractors, and builders. Meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. Conduct market analysis and competitor tracking. Coordinate with logistics and support teams for smooth delivery and service. Report sales performance and field feedback to management regularly.

Requirements:



Minimum

5 years of experience

in TMT bar sales. Strong network in the construction or steel industry. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
