Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities with builders, contractors, and architects.

2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

3. Stay up-to-date on our building materials products, features, and benefits.

4. Meet or exceed sales targets, and contribute to revenue growth.

5. Provide exceptional service, support, and technical assistance to customers.

6. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

Requirements:

? Sales experience in the construction or building materials industry

? Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

? Product knowledge or willingness to learn about building materials

? Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers

? Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting sales targets

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM software Knowledge of construction industry trends and developments Network of contacts in the construction industry

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?52,208.69 per month
