1. Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting and selling solar modules through the distributors, driving necessary secondary sales.
2. Establish and nurture a productive distribution network in the assigned territory. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expand market presence and achieve desired sales growth.
3. Foster strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders to ensure long-term business growth and customer satisfaction.
4. Be on the field and identify market trends and customer needs, competition activities, provide all these critical insights
For sales and marketing strategies:
1.Effectively manage the assigned territory, including regular travel, customer visits, and support in after sales services.
2.Will be responsible to execute the local marketing activities, ensure brand visibility in the given territory.
Qualifications:
1.Must have skills in Dealer/Distributor Management, Good communication Skills, Solar Industry Knowledge
2. Must have handled the entire Karnataka region on a district-wise basis.
3.Good to have Event management, Retailing, BTL activities, B2B and B2C sales
4.B Tech / Diploma in EEE / ECE
