Key Responsibilities

Sales & Target Achievement



Drive sales of

rotavator blades

and other tillage/agricultural implements across assigned regions. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Maintain direct relationships with large farmers, dealers, and distributors.

Dealer/Distributor Network Management



Identify, appoint, and manage dealers and sub-dealers across Karnataka. Support dealers with sales promotions, schemes, and stock planning. Monitor dealer performance and ensure product availability.

Competitor Analysis



Monitor competitor prices, quality, promotions, and dealer activities. Provide regular inputs to the management for pricing or strategy changes.

Field Visits & Reporting



Conduct regular market visits (15-20 days/month) across districts. Submit daily/weekly reports on sales, stock, and market feedback. Use digital tools (if any) for reporting and communication.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
