Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Development & Sales
Identify potential franchise partners through market research, field visits, and lead generation activities
Present franchise business models, investment details, ROI, and company offerings to prospective partners
Achieve monthly and quarterly
franchise onboarding targets
Coordinate with the legal and operations team for franchise agreement execution
Market Expansion
Develop and execute territory-wise sales and expansion plans
Analyze local market trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities
Organize promotional activities, seminars, camps, or business meets to attract new franchisees
Franchise Support & Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees in the assigned area
Ensure smooth onboarding and handover to operations teams
Monitor franchise performance and provide business guidance to improve sales
Resolve franchisee queries related to marketing, operations, and sales
Team Management
Recruit, train, and manage marketing executives or sales coordinators at franchisee locations
Set targets, monitor performance, and conduct regular review meetings
Provide on-field training and motivation to ensure target achievement
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate sales records, lead data, and franchise pipeline
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
Provide market feedback to management for strategy improvement
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience in franchise sales, channel sales, or B2B sales
Ability to build long-term business relationships
Leadership and team management skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Graduate / MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
Experience:
3-7 years in sales, preferably in franchise, healthcare, wellness, retail, or service sectors
Language:
Good communication skills in English and regional language
Other:
Own vehicle and valid driving license preferred
