Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Min 3-4 years of work experience in Sales & Distribution.

Candidate should have experience in Mobile Accessories Pure sales.

Achieve sales targets by growing business by appointing RDS/distributors.

Appoint/Lead the Distributors/DTR Partners in respective state & cities.

Study the local market trend, reports, analysis to increase the sales.

Meet distributors, dealers & retailers on a regular basis to improve market share / volume.

Responsible for market information collection, category planning, and timely completion of monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.

Monthly forecast of Rolling Sales Plan (RSP) for product planning and preparation and rolling out of targets to employees (Primary, Secondary & Tertiary) and Distributors (MOU) on the 1st of every month.

Daily Sales report Flow assurance.

To manage & assure the viability of sales team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,751.54 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
