?Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, healthcare professionals, and decision-makers.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:
? Track and analyze sales performance metrics, including sales volume, revenue, and market penetration.
? Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management regularly.

Collaboration and Communication:
?Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns tailored to the surgical device market.
?Work closely with product development and R&D teams to provide valuable feedback and insights from the field, supporting product innovation and improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
?Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
?Similar experience (6-8 years) in the same industry or company that manufactures surgical devices, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
?Previous experience in a sales management role in the same industry or company, including team leadership and business development.
?Strong understanding of surgical device regulations, industry trends, and healthcare systems.
