Key Responsibilities (KRAs):



- Achieve revenue growth targets and ensure consistent business expansion.

- Drive market penetration strategies to increase brand presence in the region.

- Lead and manage sales teams, ensuring performance and productivity.

- Develop and execute territory sales plans aligned with organizational goals.

- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong customer relationships.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:



- Proven General Trade (GT) experience in the beauty/skincare industry within the territory.

- Strong understanding of retail sales operations and distribution networks.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Ability to analyze market data and implement effective strategies.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications:



- Graduate/MBA preferred.

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in sales management within beauty/skincare or FMCG sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
