This is a full-time, on-site role for an Sales Manager based in Delhi. The Sales Manager will develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, leading and motivating a sales team, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves consistently analyzing market trends, preparing sales forecasts, and generating reports for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales Management, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Market analysis capabilities, with experience in identifying trends and opportunities
Client relationship management and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM and sales tracking tools
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
Experience in the healthcare or hearing care industry is an advantage
Ability to travel within the assigned region
