Job Description

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the assigned territory. Identify market opportunities, potential customers, and key accounts for sales expansion. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, including retailers, distributors, and partners. Lead, coach, and mentor sales teams to maximize their performance and productivity. Set sales targets, quotas, and goals for individual team members and monitor their progress. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions for sales staff.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹67,200.55 per month
