Job Title: Area Sales Manager (Pharmaceuticals)

Skills:

- Graduation in any field with exceptional interpersonal skills and a well-established network of relationships with Doctors and Phamacist-

- Minimum 1- 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Salary: Compensation will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Location: Rani Jhansi Road, Jhandewalan, Delhi-110055

:

- Conduct screening of potential candidates.

- Coordinate and conduct recruitment interviews either in-person or via video conferencing.

- Issue offer letters to selected candidates.

- Oversee the recruitment, training, deployment, and performance monitoring of subordinate staff.

- Regularly verify and update reports.

- Provide comprehensive information about projects, products, and profitability to interested parties.

- Supervise and support a team of 10 field executives to ensure project sustainability.

- Guide field Managers in project implementation in the field.

- Motivate and address queries of field Managers.

- Ensure the punctual submission of daily reports and assist in planning.

- Review and validate reports submitted by field Managers according to established standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹57,000.00 per month
