Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify and develop new dealers, EPCs, and Consumers across Chhattisgarh.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and technical solution discussions.
Generate business from both EPC and project segments.
Prepare and execute territory business plans aligned with organizational goals.
EPC Partner Management
Strengthen EPC network in the region through regular engagement and support.
Conduct partner training, incentive communication, and performance reviews.
Manage pricing, discount structures, and sales schemes effectively.
Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company's commercial terms.
Team Management
Supervise and motivate territory sales executives and coordinators.
Allocate targets, review performance, and guide for skill improvement.
Conduct weekly/monthly review meetings and ensure reporting compliance.
Marketing & Expo Handling
Represent the company at state-level expos, trade fairs, and dealer meets.
Coordinate with the marketing team for event planning, branding, and promotional campaigns.
Capture leads, follow up post-event, and ensure conversion.
Support in executing local promotional activities such as roadshows, seminars, and installer training.
Travel & Market Coverage
Travel extensively across Chhattisgarh to cover all key districts and cities.
Conduct regular field visits for customer engagement, project follow-ups, and EPC monitoring.
Submit travel and visit reports on time with market insights.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and maintain updated CRM records.
Provide feedback on market trends, competition, and new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with company policies, code of conduct, and reporting protocols.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Commerce; MBA preferred.
5-8 years of experience in B2B or EPC sales (solar, inverter, or electrical product industry preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
