Develop and expand business by visiting existing and potential clients across
North India

Manage and lead a small team of 4-5 members to execute market development activities.
Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships for repeat and referral business.
Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Conduct market research and provide insights on
competitor activities, customer requirements, and market trends
.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market developments.
Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an advantage.
4-8 years of experience
in sales/marketing within
chemical, raw material, paint, or construction-related industries
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively across
North India
.
Prior experience in
team handling
is preferred.
