will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding Hyglow's distribution network within the assigned region. This role involves managing a team of Territory Sales Executives (TSEs), ensuring achievement of sales and collection targets, building strong dealer/distributor relationships, and implementing effective market expansion strategies for Hyglow's LED lighting products.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and collection targets for the assigned territory.
Lead and motivate the TSEs to achieve individual and team performance goals.
Appoint, develop, and manage channel partners (dealers, distributors, retailers).
Ensure product visibility, display, and brand presence at retail counters.
Monitor secondary sales and ensure adequate inventory levels across the channel.
Conduct regular market visits to assess competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
Implement company schemes and new product launches effectively in the market.
Drive channel engagement through dealer meets, electrician programs, and trade activities.
Prepare and review daily sales reports (DSR), sales forecasts, and collection updates.
Coordinate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams for smooth operations.
Provide market insights and feedback to management for strategy planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate / Postgraduate (Preferred: Commerce / Marketing / Electrical background).
4-8 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in LED lighting, electricals, or FMCG sector.
Proven track record of achieving sales and team performance targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Good analytical and reporting abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp reporting, and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory).
